Earlier this summer, the Henry Art Gallery at the University of Washington (my alma mater) invited me to take part in a gallery conversation with Prof. Naomi Hume, choreographer Alyza DelPan-Monley, and curator Nina Bozicnik as part of the opening of Martha Friedman's Cast-Offs, a sculptural installation involving casts of body parts, metal spikes, and rubber tubes.
